　　導致、造成：

　　◆contribute to

　　e.g. Both systems contribute to the decentralization of power. 這兩套體制都有助于權力的分散。

　　◆lead to

　　e.g. This type of situation may lead to massive disappointment for both of you and injure what you have. 這種情況發展下去往往導致雙方失望透頂并傷害到之前已經建立的關系。

　　◆result in

　　e.g. This meeting should result in some change in how they work for the coming sprints, because they work to continually improve their team and practice effectiveness.
