On Students Selecting Lecturers

　　Nowadays students in some universities are entitled to the choice on lecturers for some courses．This offers students a more flexible and efficient way of learning．
　　There are several factors when choosing a lecturer．To begin with，a wide academic background should be preferred，since a learned teacher will greatly enlarge his／her students’scope of knowledge in delivering his／her lessons．Secondly'a teacher with a liberal teaching style is desirable，because this kind of teacher will create a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere，thus making learning interesting．Last but not least，the personality of the lecturer should be paid attention to when choosing a lecturer．
　　This campus practice Can definitely urge students to take an active part in study and thus pour more efforts and interest in their learnin9．And it will also push teachers to imlbrove their teaching quality．Every coin has two sides，so it can inevitably bring some side-effects．For example，some top lecturers will be ignored for not pleasing the students．

　　這種校園做法無疑可以讓學生積極參與學習，對學習更感興趣，傾注更多努力。它也將促使教師提高教學質量。但凡事都有兩面，這種做法也不可避免地帶來一些副作用。例如，一些講師會因為不討好學生而被忽略。
