As is widely known, writing is an essentially important and necessary skill for all of us. However, many people don't really understand the true importance of writing. In my opinion, writing has deeper importance and we can do a lot to develop this skill.

In the first place, writing is a good way to express ourselves. Nowadays, there are so many situations, such as website forums and WeChat’s friends-cycle, where a thought-provoking writing leaves viewers a deep impression. Moreover, writing is an effective way to enlarge our vocabulary. The more compositions we write, the more vocabularies we get. At the same time, writing makes great contributions toward our critical thinking as the writing process is also the time of thought.

To develop our skill of writing, we should firstly improve our ability of using words because it’s the foundation of a solid writing. Besides, we must collect and learn writing materials comprehensively so that we can actually make some unique points of view when we are writing. At last, practice makes perfect, which needs us to write considerably all the time.
