是非題的出題形式有三正一誤或三誤一正。

三誤一正
Which of the following is true?
三正一誤是指三項(xiàng)正確，只有一項(xiàng)不符合原文內(nèi)容；而三誤一正是指三項(xiàng)錯(cuò)誤，只有一項(xiàng)符合原文內(nèi)容。
(一)定位法
根據(jù)題干或選項(xiàng)中的關(guān)鍵詞返回看原文，找到相關(guān)句，與選項(xiàng)相比較就能確定答案。

Each state has some local school districts with extensive authority and responsibil-ity for establishing and regulating public elementary and secondary schools. Each local school district has a board of education,usually made up of 5 to 7 members,who have been appointed by higher officials or elected by citizens of the school district. Within the limits of State policy,the board operates the local public school system through the school superintendent(主管)and his or her staff.
The functions of the board of education in determining education policies, and of the superintendent of schools in executing these policies,include a broad range of du- ties and responsibilities. Together, the board and the superintendent are responsible for preparing the school budget. 以這些問法為題干的正確選項(xiàng)所包含的信息通常連續(xù)出現(xiàn)在同一段，而且往往無列舉標(biāo)志詞，如first，second，third等。做題時(shí)只需閱讀有關(guān)段落，根據(jù)一個(gè)正確選項(xiàng)中的關(guān)鍵詞在其前后找其他兩個(gè)正確選項(xiàng)，剩下一個(gè)原文中未提到的，為正確答案。這種列舉還有其他形式：①列舉項(xiàng)出現(xiàn)在同一句話中；②列舉項(xiàng)分散在全文中。不過做題方法都是一樣：帶著選項(xiàng)找答案。

A所說的“學(xué)會(huì)合作”(learn to work together with others)對應(yīng)于此段的第二句：learn to。Ooperate，to share，and to develop leadership skills。然后在這個(gè)句子前后尋找其他選項(xiàng)的原文：C在第二句；B體現(xiàn)在緊挨著的第三句中：learning how to think，to make declslons，to analyse and evaluate。這樣只剩下D在文中找不到依據(jù)，所以為該題答案。
做是非題的注意事項(xiàng)如下。
①不要漏看題干中的“Except”和“Not”等詞；
②因?yàn)殡y度較大，可以等做完其他四道題后再做；
③對于三誤一正的問題，如果定位困難，可以運(yùn)用排除法，這樣找到正確答案的可能性就會(huì)增加。對于含有“原文未提到的新概念”、‘‘原文沒有的化概念，，等選項(xiàng)可以考慮排除；
④為了節(jié)約時(shí)間做其他題，通常找到答案就不再考慮其他選項(xiàng)了。
⑤在回答NOT TRUE之類問題時(shí)，必須逐項(xiàng)找出需肯定的內(nèi)容，方可確定要否定的內(nèi)容。切勿一遇到自己認(rèn)為不正確的內(nèi)容，便匆忙答題，不再去考慮其他選項(xiàng)，這樣常常會(huì)導(dǎo)致錯(cuò)誤。
⑥盡管這類問題涉及的是細(xì)節(jié)，也不可忽視文章的主要觀點(diǎn)。正確的答案與文章的中心思想往往是吻合一致的。因此，回答這類問題時(shí)，也必須以文章的中心思想為前提，與中心思想一致的可能是正確答案，反之可能是錯(cuò)誤答案。

三正一誤是指三項(xiàng)正確，只有一項(xiàng)不符合原文內(nèi)容；而三誤一正是指三項(xiàng)錯(cuò)誤，只有一項(xiàng)符合原文內(nèi)容。
(一)定位法
根據(jù)題干或選項(xiàng)中的關(guān)鍵詞返回看原文，找到相關(guān)句，與選項(xiàng)相比較就能確定答案。
